To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, untarnished and unused, complete with tags, and presented in its initial packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also requisite.
While (Party Corner) will issue a refund for the returned merchandise, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.
The onus of return shipping lies with the customer, who is also responsible for making suitable shipping arrangements. To initiate a return, kindly log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the specific order for return. Upon acceptance of your return request, a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on packaging and dispatch will be furnished. Please be advised that items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
