- For orders submitted prior to 3 pm on weekdays, typically, items are dispatched within 1-2 business days, contingent upon order verification, a well-defined and comprehensive delivery address, as well as the availability of store items.
- For those living within the city borders of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah, we are pleased to offer the Same Day Delivery for a nominal fee of +20 AED. To take advantage of this service, simply submit your order before 11 am and we will ensure that your package arrives the very same day. Of course, if you miss the cutoff time for Same Day Delivery, there's no need to worry - we will still process your order promptly and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. In most cases, you can expect to receive your package on the following business day.
- The Same Day Delivery order shall be delivered between 5 pm and 10 pm. If you need it delivered earlier, please contact us for further options.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, untarnished and unused, complete with tags, and presented in its initial packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also requisite.
While (Party Corner) will issue a refund for the returned merchandise, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.
The onus of return shipping lies with the customer, who is also responsible for making suitable shipping arrangements. To initiate a return, kindly log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the specific order for return. Upon acceptance of your return request, a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on packaging and dispatch will be furnished. Please be advised that items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
